Payment Method - Credit Card must be used to reserve rental items. Card shall be saved on file in case of damage or misuse as defined below.
Use of Rental Equipment - Renter agrees that verbal and/or written instructions on how to use rental equipment are understandable and clear, and are the proper and safe manner of which to use the rental equipment. Renter further agrees that the rental equipment is to be used only at the address designated above and only for the purpose listed above. Subleasing or improper use is prohibited.
Improper Use of Equipment - No adhesives, nails, screws, signs, banners, curtains, flags, etc are to be attached to the interior or exterior of rental equipment. NO ADHESIVES OF ANY KIND MAY BE APPLIED TO THE EQUIPMENT. THIS INCLUDES DUCT, GAFFERS, OR MASKING TAPE. ANY GROUP, ORGANIZATION, OR INDIVIDUAL SO DOING WILL ASSUME FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE. The equipment is not to be moved to taken apart unless done so by LED-Orange.
Equipment Failure - Renter agrees immediately to discontinue use of rental equipment should rental equipment at any time become unsafe or in a state of disrepair, and will immediately notify LED-Orange of these facts. LED-Orange agrees in its discretion to make the rental equipment operable within a reasonable time or provide Renter with a like item, if available, or make a like item available at another time, or adjust the rental charges. This provision does not relieve Renter from the obligations imposed by other Paragraphs, including “Responsibility for Equipment” and “Pickup of Rental Equipment”. In all events LED-Orange shall not be responsible for any injury or damage including consequential damage resulting from failure or defect of rented equipment.
Liability – Renter agrees to accept any and all responsibility for liability resulting from the use of the rental equipment during the time of the rental. Renter further agrees to hold harmless LED-Orange its elected officials, executive officers, agents, and/or employees from any and all claims including but not limited to damage to property, bodily injury (including death) resulting from the use, operation or possession of the rental equipment, whether or not it be claimed or found that such damage or injury resulted in whole or in part from LED-Orange's negligence, from the defective condition of the rental equipment or from any cause. Renter agrees that no warranties, expressed or implied, have been made in connection with this rental
Collection Costs – Renter agrees to pay attorney fees, collection fees, court costs, and any other expenses incurred in collecting any charges under this agreement, in retaking the rented equipment or otherwise in enforcing the terms of this contract.
Responsibility for Equipment - During the time the rental equipment is in the possession of the Renter and not in possession of LED-Orange, Renter is held responsible for all rental equipment. If rental equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged under any circumstances while rented, regardless of fault, Renter agrees to pay the fair market value of the goods in the event of their theft, loss, or total damage as an insurer regardless of the cause while the equipment is out of the possession of LED-Orange, Renter shall be responsible and hereby agree to pay all charges including labor costs to replace or repair the rental equipment. “Total Damage” shall be defined as damage to the equipment, the repair of which would necessitate a cost greater than the fair market value. It is also understood and agreed that Renter shall be responsible for the full rental rate for a period of thirty (30) days from the day of reporting the theft, loss, or total damage, or until LED-Orange is compensated for the loss of the goods, whichever date shall first occur. Renter shall furnish to LED-Orange a police report demonstrating that the loss, theft, or total damage of the goods have been reported to the appropriate police agency.
Notice of Loss or Damage - Renter agrees to report any accident, loss of or damage to the rental equipment to LED-Orange in writing immediately and not later than 24 hours after such accident, loss, or damage.
All prices listed are priced as "cash with order". Cash means a company check, money order, bank draft or VISA/Master Card/Discover/American Express (We cannot accept international credit cards). Cash may be speedily transferred by bank wire transfer, call for details. Check may delay shipment 14 days for bank clearing time. Open account terms can be arranged (NET 10). Institutions and government agencies (NET 30). These terms are strictly enforced. A monthly late charge of 1.5% will be charged for all past due accounts.
Prices and product specifications are subject to change without notice and may have typographical errors. The customer must assume the responsibility of asking LED-Orange to verify selling prices and product specifications. LED-Orange is not liable for costs or damages due to errors in product specifications. Special prices may be limited to certain merchandise and quantities in stock.
LED-Orange retains the right to unilaterally cancel any order and refund customer’s money due to any pricing error or similar error.

Customer may cancel up to 45 days after receipt of order. Unless a written cancellation is received, LED-Orange. will assume merchandise is still wanted and will make shipments. Cancellations of any special ordered merchandise already in transit to us, or to the customer, will not be honored.

Credit card payments are processed immediately at the time an order is placed.
In the case of order cancellation (mentioned above) refunds or merchandise credits will be made within 10 days of written request, only for cancelled and unshipped merchandise.
Installed service parts purchased from LED-Orange are non-returnable unless they are defective upon arrival. In addition, all defective returns are exchange only - no money will be refunded.
Purchases made with a credit card will be refunded to the original credit card used for the purchase. Purchases made by check will be refunded via check made out to the original issuer of the check purchase. Cash and all other purchasing methods will be refunded via check made out to the original account holder and mailed to the original account holders address within 10 days of the return. Local retail cash refund limit is $20.00. All purchases over $20.00 will be refunded via check made out to the original account holder and mailed to the original account holder’s address within 10 days of the return.
At LED-Orange your satisfaction is our top priority. Merchandise may be returned within 10 calendar days of receipt without restocking charge, if the original manufacturer's carton is unopened and undamaged. If the package has been opened a minimum restocking charge of 25% or $10.00, whichever is greater, will be charged. Used or damaged merchandise, missing accessories, or packaging will increase the restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses from and to us on returns, items originally sent via "free shipping", will be charged for the outgoing shipping on returns. Returns are not allowed on special-order/non-stock, custom goods, closeout, used or discontinued merchandise, tape, gel, lamps, books, opened software, ear-phones, chemicals, or on bids and contracts. All returns must have an RA-number on the package, please call a Sales Pro for details.
LED-Orange will do warranty and non-warranty work on many of the brands it sells. Please call first to see if you will be more quickly served by the manufacturer or us.
Any merchandise returned to LED-Orange must have an RA (Return Authorization) number attached. Without this number the package may be refused or not properly identified as to its origin and reason for being returned. Please call us for an RA number and have documentation such as the invoice or packing slip ready when you call. Make sure that all packing, accessories and manuals are returned to avoid additional restocking fees.

We do not accept orders on our website for shipment outside of the US. This includes orders shipped to Puerto Rico or APO/FPO boxes. We strive to make sure each of our products is up to the challenges we encounter in the entertainment world. These are products made by performers, for performers. Yet, even with the best-laid plans, sometimes things go a little sideways.
WARRANTY PROGRAM DETAIL
LED-Orange hereby warrants that its products shall be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a prescribed period from the date of purchase or manufacture* (see specific warranty period below). This warranty shall be valid only if the product is purchased within the United States of America, including possessions and territories. This warranty shall be valid only if the product is purchased from an authorized dealer appointed by LED-Orange. It is the owner’s responsibility to establish the date and place of purchase by acceptable evidence.
For warranty service, you must obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) before sending back the product. Please open a customer support ticket. Send the product only to LED-Orange. All shipping charges must be prepaid. If the requested repairs or service (including parts replacement) are within the terms of this warranty, LED-Orange will pay return shipping charges only to a designated point within the United States. If the entire instrument is sent, it must be shipped in its original package. No accessories should be shipped with the product. If any accessories are shipped with the product, LED-Orange shall have no liability whatsoever for loss of or damage to any such accessories, nor for the safe return thereof.
This warranty is void if the serial number has been altered or removed; if the product is modified in any manner that LED-Orange concludes, after inspection, affects the reliability of the product; if the product has been repaired or serviced by anyone other than the LED-Orange unless prior written authorization was issued to purchaser by LED-Orange; if the product is damaged because not properly maintained as set forth in the instruction manual.
This is not a service contract, and this warranty does not include maintenance, cleaning or periodic checkup. During the period specified below, LED-Orange will replace defective parts at its expense with new or refurbished parts, and will absorb all expenses for warranty service and repair labor by reason of defects in material or workmanship. The sole responsibility of LED-Orange under this warranty shall be limited to the repair of the product, or replacement thereof, including parts, at the sole discretion of LED-Orange.
LED-Orange reserves the right to make changes in design and/or improvements upon its products without any obligation to include these changes in any products theretofore manufactured.
No warranty, whether expressed or implied, is given or made with respect to any accessory supplied with products described above. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, all implied warranties made by LED-Orange in connection with this product, including warranties of merchantability or fitness, are limited in duration to the warranty period set forth below. And no warranties, whether expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness, shall apply to this product after said period has expired. The consumer’s and/or Dealer’s sole remedy shall be such repair or replacement as is expressly provided above; and under no circumstances shall LED-Orange be liable for any loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of, or inability to use, this product.
This warranty is the only written warranty applicable to LED-Orange products and supersedes all prior warranties and written descriptions of warranty terms and conditions heretofore published.
LIMITED WARRANTY PERIODS:
LED Products: 2 years (Including motors, PCB boards, power supplies, driver boards and wiring, does not include damage to LEDs or any of the previously listed parts caused by mishandling)
* The date of manufacture shall be used as the warranty period start date in cases where there is greater than a twelve (12) month difference between the date of manufacture and the date of purchase. For example, if a product having a manufacture date of November 2016 is purchased in December 2017, the warranty period will commence in November 2016.
This limited warranty is valid only for the original purchaser, is not transferable and is only applicable to products sold within the United States. For products purchased outside United States, please consult the local LED-Orange authorized distributor as warranty policies vary outside the United States.
